Dr. Rock Tsai, holding a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Central South University, China, currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Taiwan Mobile and Chairman of the Information Management Association (IMA).

He started programming in elementary school and took on freelance projects in junior high. In the 1990s, as a freshman at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University’s Department of Computer Science, he developed a game called “Face to Face,” which took Asia by storm, selling close to 100,000 copies.

Dr. Tsai has previously served as Senior VP at HSBC Bank (China), Group Chief Information Officer at Sinyi Realty, and Head of Technology at DBS Bank (Taiwan). He received the awards of “Most Valuable CIO in China” in 2011, “Distinguished CIO in China” in 2012, “Outstanding CIO in Taiwan” in 2017, and IMA’s “Outstanding Information Director” in 2022.

He joined Taiwan Mobile in February 2022, taking on the significant responsibility of managing the group’s IT transformation.

許永真教授現任於臺大資訊工程學系暨網路與多媒體研究所，曾任臺大資訊系主任。許教授致力於人工智慧研究領域逾三十年，研究主題含智慧型多代理人、資料分析、知識建構、常識運算、感知服務、及智慧型物聯網技術。

自 2012 年起，許教授擔任 Intel 台大創新研究中心主任，積極進行跨國、跨校、跨領域、跨產學合作，研發物聯網於智慧農業、智慧運輸、與智慧家庭之相關技術。2016 年在台大、科技部、英特爾實驗室、台達電、與研華共同支持下，開始進行擴充人機互動於未來智慧製造之研究。以「臺大智慧聯網創新研究中心」的新標幟，成長發展為物聯網、人工智慧、與人機互動相關研究的重鎮。

許教授活躍於國際學術領域，曾擔任台灣人工智慧學會理事長，TAAI、IEEE iThings、AAAI SocialNLP Workshop 等國際會議的議程主席；以及 Intelligent Data Analysis, Service-Oriented Computing and Applications, JISE 等國際期刊之編輯委員。

許教授目前於資訊系開授人工智慧相關課程，並合授網媒所「物聯網產品設計與創新」、創新設計學院「智齡設計—老人科技福祉專題」，透過跨領域合作來激發學生創新思考與前瞻技術實現。

梁伯嵩博士現為 聯發科技 企業策略與前瞻技術 資深處長，與聯發科技教育基金會董事。兼任 國立臺灣大學 電機資訊學院 資訊工程系 與 重點科技研究學院 合聘之 客座教授，以及 國立陽明交通大學 電機學院 客座教授、產學創新研究學院 教授級專業技術人員。並擔任 國際電機電子工程學會 中華民國分會 (IEEE Taipei section) 理事。

梁博士於 國立交通大學 電子研究所 獲得博士學位，並於 國立臺灣大學 管理學院 EMBA 商學組 畢業。曾獲得 中華民國十大傑出青年 (科技發展類)、三度獲得 經濟部智慧財產局 國家發明創作獎 (發明獎一金二銀) 、經濟部技術處 產業科技發展獎 - 傑出青年創新獎、資訊月傑出資訊人才獎、李國鼎青年研究獎等重要獎項。

工作經歷

目前任職於電通安吉斯集團，成立顧問事業－商業加速中心，協助客戶數位轉型與品牌轉型的顧問服務。曾服務於安索帕數位行銷公司（電通安吉斯集團旗下品牌公司）、意識形態廣告公司、傳立媒體、奧美廣告、與超級電視臺。擁有 25 年以上跨媒體、網路、社群行銷、數據與技術整合行銷傳播經驗。

2000 年加入安索帕，正式投入網路行銷的世界；2004 年起擔任執行副總，負責臺灣區公司營運；於 2007 年升任臺灣區董事總經理職務。2013 年 8 月升任集團職務，擔任數位長，負責電通安吉斯集團臺灣數位策略發展及布局。2019 年起擔任天下創新學院數位轉型導師。

個人獎項肯定

榮獲《經理人月刊》主辦之「第五屆 100 MVP 經理人－數位策略 Digital Strategy」、2013 年度傑出廣告專業經理人獎、2012 年動腦雜誌和臺灣廣告主協會主辦之「2012 行銷傳播傑出貢獻獎」，以及獲頒 2012「年度傑出網路行銷公司經營者」。
